We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The Spa pool (whirlpool) was excellent, temperature good. easy to access. Gym was clean, and modern, with treadmill, elliptical and weights, which was great. The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

The relaxing atmosphere and the view of the lock and the ships. The owners are friendly and accommodating.
If you are looking for a 5 star with all of the bells and whistles this isn't it but if you are looking for peace and quiet without looking out on an asphalt parking lot and listening to traffic this is it.

Hospitatlity is something that calls the Innkeeper. This Innkeeper was called and responds with energy and style.
Parking our car at the entry of a spacious, clean unit. Windows that open and allow fresh air in.
Groomed greens, clean pool area and walkways maintained.
