The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were
muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly.
Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to
our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the
backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -

They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

All necessaries are to be found within the hotel. Restaurant and Pub. - Staff are friendly and helpful, always keep my room clean everyday

Good price and excellent location. Just a short walk from a major mall and a short drive from downtown Ottawa, By-ward market and the Parliament Bldgs. Good breakfast, including self-made waffles. -
We were 100% satisfied with our room, it was very comfortable. Receptionists were professional, very friendly and helpful.

This motel includes a very good breakfast in the price. Also has coffee-maker, hair dryer, fridge and microwave in the room. Laundry facilities, free wifi, a Canadian food restaurant and an Asian food restaurant.on premises. Pets are welcome although they charge a hefty fee. Under new management so it is a work in progress.

Extremely friendly and competent staff; South Asians who appear to be students in local college. Large cooked egg and sausage breakfast came free with room. Impressively competent young woman cook.

I was a bit apprehensive about this place because of some of the reviews. However, my bed was quite comfortable and the room looked pretty clean.
The desk clerk was pleasant enough. My tv didn't work and when I went to the desk to inquire he knew what the problem was and fixed it in two minutes.
It's not a vacation stop, but it's okay for one
