The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Very convenient location being next to Square One. Met our needs completely. - I liked the duvet covers on the bed, the extra blanket, the restuarant (great food) and the friendly staff.

Having spent 40+ weeks a year (for over 20 years) in hotels very much like this one I can honestly say that the staff here are in a class of their own. Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. - Day clerk very helpful.
