Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. The hotel is a Victorian house and so had the more personal touch, the service was excellent and the location was very central to shopping etc. There was air conditioning available so we could adjust the room temperature accordingly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and easy to use.

I liked the helpful staff at the front desk. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. I really liked the fact that breakfast was included, and it was good. Great value for money, and I have already recommended it to someone. The next time I stay in Montreal, I will stay at Residence Inn Westmount. -
