  friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - excellent customer service! - interested in their customers needs and opinions; very clean, good room setup, kitchen, fresh air!!!, secure parking, laundry room, even the floor -warm - I liked the fact the rooms had ammendies not often found in hotels.
