Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! -

Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.

A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. -

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

We chose this hotel because it is only 4 minutes from the airport and shuttle service was included. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel is new, everything is pristine. hi, we loved everything about our stay, the accommodations were perfect..the pool and hot tub spotless and we had it all to our selves, lucky us!
everything is so new, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, wish we could have stayed longer but flew out the next day, the shuttle was prompt we were so close to the airport, no worries

The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.
And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

The stay was a stress free experience. The staff recommended places to go for night entertainment and we enjoyed a good evening without effort. The room was clean and very comfortable and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. -

The rooms were clean, spacious and up to date with free wireless internet.
The staff was pleasant and helpful as well.
There is a Hot tub/sauna on location with a modest weight/fitness area as well. -
Staff was unreal. And the rooms were super clean. If it was for 99 + gst I'd stay there again Forsure. At almost 130 a night is to expensive

I liked the Spa and Services there. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.

A amazing facilities including an enormous whirlpool hot tub with a view of the mountains and fresh air. Next to the tub is a rest area surrounding a beautiful fire pit. There is access to top grade barbecues available from morning to night.

The bed in the main roon was very comfortable and we liked the set up of the room with the bunk beds. Rajohn, (?) at the front desk was absolutley wonderful. We were suppose to be there 2 nights but I woke with the flu and Rajohn allowed us to cancel the Thursday night stay and just come for the Friday. Very nice young man and an assest to your hotel.

The receptionist giving us a complimentary upgrade, the included breakfast is always a winner, the really comfy bed and general value for money as one of the more pricey places to stay in med hat. -

The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... I get an upgrade to dulex room free of charge... -

Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.
The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.
Bed comfortable and environment pleasing.
