Very charming an cozy house with the feeling of centurary. First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful. The moment we entered the dinning room, it is all wow ehhect. Fresh fleet, cande light, lovely fruit platter and many many more! It is the most beautiful house on the river road. You won't miss it! Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the king size bed that was quite comfortable. Also the grounds were very beautiful, and quiet to relax in. The jaccuzzi in our room was very relaxing and the one outdoors was large enough for us both fit into it together. We were in walking distance from the Niagara falls. -
