The location is away from the busy area where I usually stay and there are many stores and a coffee shop near by - Tim Horton's. Access to the hotel is easy.
A microwave would have been handy as I am gluten sensitive and have to bring my own food. Road noise was evident but not a serious problem.
it was perfectly located for my business destination and only minutes from the QEW.

Very clean and quiet. Best value for money. Grocery store less than 1 min, pizza, breakfast places, gas stations and huge outlets plaza 2-3 min away. Had room w/ kitchen, pans, pots, cutlery, cups ext. Any way over all excellent place for people who doesn't care spent big budget for sleeping and like to spent on attraction. This motel is WAY better than other places in the area for similar prices.

Can't say enough good things about staff, we will be going back, very clean, motorcycle friendly, right out front is the We Go(great deal) bus that will take you all over area because parking is hard to find and expensive, staff very helpful, we had a medical emergency and they were great and freinds that were with us had mecanical problems and had to extend their stay and again staff was very helpful and chearful, just a very friendly and clean place, not sure about all rooms but ours had a cabinet with real dishes that made it nice since we were there a week, location is really nice away from crowds but close to ride bus down to all attractions once you are there no need for car or motorcycle
The only negitive we found was no ice michine but the staff helped us with ice and some equipment is a little dated but everything worked be careful of shopping some items are taxed at 16% we bought 3 t shirts and tax was $15. (shocked)

There is a weak smell in the room (but not annoying).
At first I am really worried because I am the one who do the booking also for our friends that they might not like it...at the end, all of us both enjoyed our stay in the motel.. everything we need is there...swimming pool, BBQ and kitchen to cook our own food. Most of all, the staff are friendly and accommodative.
The air condition in the room are very noisy but it didn't matter, we turned it off and open the windows so we can sleep at night.
It was veey clean. The location was excellent with the WeGo in front of the hotel. The bus is the best way to get to the attractions. We bought a pass at the hotel. The owner was helpful and gave good direcrions. The continental breakfast had a veey good variety with hard boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, muffins, toasts etc... The Wifi and parking were free. Instead of spending money on the hotel we spent it on the tourist attractions and a nice dinner in a restaurant with a view of the falls.
The room was small and rather spartan.
Quick check-in and check-out with no complications. My room was quiet as requested. The continental breakfast was simple but quite adequate. I was informed at check-in that the telephone in my room would be repaired. I never used it but I did check before I left, and it had been repaired. My tourist questions were answered knowledgably.
Good Value, Bus stop right in front of Motel is a plus. Older but clean and well kept.

Doris, the owner is wonderful. She has all the information you need to have a great trip to Niagara Falls, and Niagara-by-the-lake. The Blue Moon is very budget friendly and a short bus ride away from all the attractions The Falls have to offer. I highly recommend staying here and getting the Adventure Pass which includes unlimited We-go bus fare for 48 hrs and The Maid of the Mist which is a must at Niagara Falls.The room was clean (which is our most important requirement) , has tv, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Doris puts out a continental style breakfast which was nice to start the day. Motel is walking distance to many restaurants or the local grocery store if you'd like to use the grills at The Blue Moon to make your own budget friendly meal, and the pool is open until 11pm. I heard a man complain that he had spent $900.00 for 2 nights close to the Falls, which makes no sense, why waste your vacation funds on a bed and shower? The Blue Moon is a Good place for a great price!! Book-It !!! :)
The bed was very soft, so uncomfortable for me and my husband as we have a firm mattress. But we were so exhausted from all of our activities we hardly noticed...
Staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist with transportation and told us all about the nightlife and must see sights.
The rooms were comfortable but I did wish the rooms were cleaner. We killed a lot of flies while there.
This was the best place ever that we visited in our three week round trip. The lady was very kind and helpfull and gave us great tips to visit the Niagara Falls. Nice swimming pool and a option to use the BBQ. We got a great rate for these rooms.

Very friendly welcome on arrival! The location is good, and gives you access to the whole Niagara area. Breakfast was an added bonus - thank you! AC was also very welcome! The room with en-suite was everything we needed! Pool, barbecue area-all on site.
Sound of people upstairs-but it didn't upset us or keep us awake!

friendly owner- even gave me some suntan lotion to use, extra help with tourist information and a great breakfast for what we paid at the motel They had lots of place to sit and relax and even have picnics outside. The Bus to Niagara Falls stops right outside the motel
smoking - people could smoke outside their rooms on the porch and although the smoke did not bother us too much and we are not smokers
The owner is absolutely delightful!! She takes care of everything you need (we checked-in after 11:30 pm and she waited for us). The property is maintained with a lot of care and pride. Beautiful pool and great outdoor environment to sit and relax. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning.

There was a lady staring and silent at the pool. Made the pool experience bad, but we enjoyed the swim for the most part. A/C unit was loud. The mini-fridge made strange noises at times.

Plumbing in bathroom needed to be repaired. We also found hairs on towels that were not ours. The ac kept freezing.

Freindly welcome, I left my phone in the room and every effort was made to contact me to let me know it was safe. they then kept it secure for when I returneded. The continental brekfast was a very nice touch and the beds very comfy. I will recomend it highly.

The staff (owners?) went out of their way to make everything perfect. The location was ideal--far from the chaos but only a few minutes drive to the attractions.
The place is tucked away and the traffic noise is low. We arrived in the spring. The flowering bushes she had lovingly cultivated were very fragrant. The landscaping definitely had a personal touch to it. The rooms were very clean and were tastefully renovated. Nothing looked out of place. The bed was new and comfortable. The kitchenette had good running appliances. The Blue Moon reminded me of the places my parents use to take us when we were kids. Brought back many wonderful memories. The owner brought coffee out to us when we were barbequing our burgers. Nice touch!
The bathroom plumbing needed to be repaired the tub tap system was loose and had to be jiggled to stop. But that is all.
Older motel but laminate floors give it a more modern feel. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Good pricing.
In room WiFi a bit slow. TVs are old style - not flat screen panel TVs. Picture a bit fuzzy.

The staff is great and the place very comfortable and clean. The location was excelent for visiting the attractions yet distant enough not to be caught up with the noise and crowd. Would definitely consider it on any future plans to the area and recommend it without reversations.

I like a friendly staff,location right across Americana resort,where my kids had a dance competition.Our room had a kitchen and additional sofa-bed,that was great when you stay with children.I also like free breakfast with various pastry,milk coffee and eggs.
She gave us accomodations in the last minute. There was a small kitchenette that worked very well. Doris was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us everything we needed. Breakfast was great with many choices. Place was very clean.
