The bed was incredibly comfortable. I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

It is a GREAT location for walking the city, shopping, sight-seeing etc. It's very close to walk from the train station. The Tourist Information Centre was only a few blocks away, from where one can do the hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. It's also a pleasant walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient
location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the
pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to
the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything
that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a
perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good
to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the
Internet

We stayed at Le St-Martin Hotel Centre-ville as a special treat toward
the end of a trip that had us traveling long distances with

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The bed was phenomenal, I am a finicky sleeper and I had no trouble falling asleep. One quirk, the shutters open on the outside, meaning one can "peak" inside the bathroom. We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

Charming room with wonderful view of the river and parkway. Location perfect for exploring the old parts of Montreal. The breakfasts, in the hotels pub/restaurant, were so good that we decided to eat one of our dinners there too. We were not disappointed. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.

The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co

My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.

All the staff were helpful and friendly.
The desk staff arranged trips, ordered taxis, gave excellent recommendations and booked restaurants.
The continental breakfast was superb, with a great choice and the staff very attentive in keeping everything well stocked and fresh.

The bar area was a very interesting place to relax, have a drink and meet up with people, the art work is brilliant.

It's a very smart hotel, perfect for a city trip; rooms cleverly designed for cleanliness. Loved the location and quiet hotel although full. Excellent security. Amazing shower. Fellow who worked the front desk was young but polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was easy and efficient. Good price for room. Computer in room was nice touch. Decor simple and nice (ie: washroom sink, shower, blinds). Very very very clean room. Immaculate. These are the reasons I would come back.
