The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that
before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until
4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher
room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating
in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes

check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by
them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! -
The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and
went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was
very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away
from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin

The wood decor is beautiful. The room per say was nice but the bathroom could have used some renovation. It was a little worn.

We went as a couple for the weekend to hike and kayak for 2 days,
everything went great, Jacky greeted us and was present whenever we
needed him, really friendly, we will come back to this hotel whenever we
come back to Mont-Tremblant. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room was a

... cosa dice la gente » here because the price was friendly. I booked the day before I go and once on-site, I got an upgrade to a better room for the same price and I didn't even ask for it. I call that good service and I will keep this place in mind for future needs
