Me and my boyfriend stayed at Always Inn this past weekend and our experience was amazing! We arrived a bit early but John was still very accommodating and very friendly. He was very informative about the best things to do in Niagara Falls and helped to make our experience truly enjoyable.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from John and Christalla when we arrived. John was very informative about the local area and good places to eat and to see the firework show that night. It was a nice walk down to the Falls and it was nice to stay somewhere more personable and quaint than the big hotels. Breakfast was also lovely and Chris was very kind to drive us to catch our early morning bus to the airport. Thanks very much to John and Chris, we really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Bathroom was large enough and the shower was big, very good! I really enjoyed breakfast, which is home made by Helena (the owner) with delicious English recipes. She is also very kind and helps you doing everything you'd like. Everything was wonderful. Great century old house was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location near the falls with easy access to wine country. Room was very comfortable with closet and private bath. Hostess Helena provided gourmet breakfasts, excellent sightseeing tips, and great conversation.

Susan and Edwin were very welcoming.Homely atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts including homemade pancakes. Stayed in Domino Suite, as we are a family of five, very comfortable. Quiet location yet only short walk to centre of town and American Falls.Would stay again. -

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

La struttura e' molto bella, elegante, centralissima. La stanza e' spaziosa, con ogni confort possibile ed un bel bagno grande. Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

The view is the best (room 3806) can see both falls and rainbow bridge,
even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.
Location is great and bus system was easy to use. Went first week of
April & not busy! I would not go during peak times. Stay was for two
days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel

The Tower Hotel has amazing views of the falls. The rooms are small but well organized so two people with plenty of luggage can move around with ease. It was a quite hotel with the only noise being the sound of the falls themselves. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. -
