I live on a very fixed income. Without asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly service. I only wish they could h
