  Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families.   In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean and very tidy.   I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. And having two porches was definitely a bonus. :) The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. After having a bit of difficulty checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered relief for our situation.
