  This is a charming little boutique hotel that is well-kept, comfortable, and handy central Toronto's attractions. There were several eating establishments within easy walking distance and a major subway station is right across the street. The rooms were small and simply furnished but quiet and clean. Overnight parking was $19.00 and very close. Extra amenities were on a table in the hall so we were able to make that extra cup of coffee in the morning. It was very clean and reasonably priced for a Toronto downtown stay.

Situato a chinatown è situato su una delle vie principali di Toronto e quindi molto servito da mezzi pubblici.

  The staff at Alexandra hotel were very kind and exceptionally accommodating in all our encounters during our brief (1-night) stay. Since we were coming from the States, we didn't have any Canadian currency, and the front desk staff readily provided currency exchange for any amount needed. They also let us store our bags after our night there, so w... cosa dice la gente » e wouldn't have to lug them around for the whole day before our late evening return back to the States. The facilities were really clean, the location - The place is very nice and we were moved to another room after the bedbug issue and we were haven quarters heat up our laundry. The owners handled it well and took immediate action. We did not get a discount or $$ for the inconvenience but we didn't ask for it either. I wanted them to take the complaint seriously, which it was. That night and the next day they were working on the room.
