  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .   What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!
