The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Bell Centre. There are cabs sitting out front waiting for fares. - The location is excellent, it is near the Shopping centre and subway station.

It is a GREAT location for walking the city, shopping, sight-seeing etc. It's very close to walk from the train station. The Tourist Information Centre was only a few blocks away, from where one can do the hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. It's also a pleasant walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient
location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the
pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to
the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything
that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a
perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good
to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the
Internet

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The suites were nice, modern and clean with the convenience of 2 washrooms and a kitchen with most things you would need. The store on the ground floor was good for getting the basics when we didn't want to eat out all the time. Parking was available for us right across the street from the entrance at $13/day, which was not bad.
