  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location in Yorkville was accessible to most of the attractions around Toronto. We need to give special mention to the Concierge team who went out of their way to help us and give recommendations on everything. This is the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and we will definitely stay again if we come back t - From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere.   I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. After having a bit of difficulty checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered relief for our situation.
