  The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. - The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

  Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is right downtown. My room, assigned on arrival, was a superior one, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, lounging chair, balcony, very comfortable. Free use of computers in business centre. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
