The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. I loved all the extra amenities: the fridge, the coffee maker, the newspaper and best of all the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel ov

I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool
was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food

The room was large and clean. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. -

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is right downtown. My room, assigned on arrival, was a superior one, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, lounging chair, balcony, very comfortable. I stayed at your hotel with my daughter and grandson, I was looking for a hotel with a waterslide for my grandson and he really enjoyed the slide and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast every morning was a great bonus. I would definitely stay again at your hotel the next time I am in Edmonton. -

Awesome staff - excellent info at checkin, cleaning staff very helpful in replacing broken coffee pot in room - all friendly and ready to do whatever to serve us. Very clean! Quiet considering how close to traffic the hotel is. -

Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a
manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the
Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and
for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. Plus I like the
truck parking. -

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.
