This hotel is new, well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The fitness centre is above par when compared to many similar hotels. The breakfast is also better than most. Excellent stay. -

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Edmonton Queen visible from our room. The Confederation Bar was a great place to see 3 wedding parties getting pictures taken on the amazingly large
balcony.We got free valet parking because we have a Hybrid vehicle.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. I loved all the extra amenities: the fridge, the coffee maker, the newspaper and best of all the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel ov

The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park. Good breakfast included. -
A great place to go for our anniversary. Comfy and had all that we needed.
Hot tub was very nice.
Oh yes! The breakfast was exceptional!

Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!

How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond. My first night, it was very warm so I turned down the thermostat and within minutes, the temperature in the room adjusted. The staff was

I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool

Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. -

Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery.
Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. -

Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a
manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the
Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and
for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. Plus I like the
truck parking. -
