  Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful.   A nice enough hotel. Large room with kitchenette (hot elements, microwave and utensils), shower over bath, flatscreen TV, iron & ironing board and refrigerator. Adjoining the hotel is Rosie's Bar & Grill (we dined there - it was adequate and fairly good value) and a Thai restaurant and MacDonalds is very close by. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.
