Location was great! One stop on the LRT to Rexall Place, then a quick ride back. Very Convenient. A variety of restaurants to pick from for supper, we went for a quick noodle bowl rather than the sit-down meal. Easy access to the lrt was great. We went to the hockey game then caught the lrt and gambles for the rest of the evening. We had a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. The room was clean.

Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and not much noise at night. the hotels location to the lrt so we could go to concerts at rexall place was great.The rooms were great .The resturant was great.The casino was fun. Hotel staff were teriffic gentleman who booked us in was very frendly and knowledgable .Suite was clean and very confertable. No complaints at all. The convenience of the LRT to the hotel. We were attending a concert at the Rexall centre and was able to use the LRT which was very convenient. Recent renovations is very good, I've stayed there numerous times since it's opening and reno's give hotel much more of an elegant hotel feel. Liked being able to be close to casino on our overseas holiday . Car parking was free. Easy to book . Friendly staff . Price was reasonable. I had a dr. appointment early so staying at Century was very convenient, since I was from out of town. the booking, the friendly staff at check in, the quietness of the night, the food and entertainment. location in relation to Rexall Place friendly staff rooms were clean and spacious beds were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean.The staff are excellent (Rick at the front desk was EXCELLENT!). The room was clean and fresh. The facilities were located in the hotel. Food and entertainment. Beds were nice, fast and easy check in process, clean hotel area and casino area too. The beds were totally awesome. Love the free Wi Fi Enjoyed being close to a Casino. Bartender working the night of our arrival wasn't very focased on his job .Instead of serving customers he was having a good time in the kitchen with other staff.We stood in line with 5 other people for about 10 minutes who were gambling. We would have liked to have a bar fridge in the room. evelators are very slow. N/A. I could not get the hair dryer to work so had wet hair. n/a. no fridge for babies or meds. Not much of a view, rooms were really hot even with the a/c cranked, non coffee choices for the kerig machine would be nice. TV had no channels. No coffee in the rooms. Nothing!. The elevators were a bit slow. Not alot happening at casino afterwards. Noise from construction. Nothing. nothing. Can never get on poker tables without a long long wait. nothin. Heard noises all night. Only one ice machine and it was out of order. Booked for 3 nights and left for home early and I was charged for the 3 night to. I tried phoning the front desk to give notification I would be leaving a day early and no one answered. no fridge in room. The restaurant food and service was poor. Everything else was fine. There was a squeaky fan somewhere in the ducting that kept us awake at night. The door between our room and the next was not sealed enough that we couldn't hear what was going on next door - they went to bed very late both nights of our stay. The staff did not offer any discount or other kind of comp for the poor sleeping experience. I paid $139 per night and have just seen an advertisement from letsbookhotel.com for the same room for $107. The heating system in the rooms was broken for the first 24 hours and the heat was unbearable making sleep almost impossible. No discount was offered as a result. the only vending machine that had cold water was broken. At 7:30am in the morning we were awakened by an incredibly loud siren/alarm which went on for 3 to 5 minutes. It wasn't a fire alarm but we were given no explanation, and again, offered no discount for our lack of getting the restful stay we had hoped for. Bathroom door not wide enough for the wheelchair. The parking garage has several handicap stalls very convenient to the doors that are not handicap friendly!!. The front desk clerk was rude and inefficient. The place smelled musty. Like an old building. This was throughout the hotel and casino. The hallways in the hotel smelled the worse. Our bedroom door had to be pushed with a little force to ensure it was closed. Will not stay there again. They gave away our room, and said that it was cancelled. They had no proof of it just that somehow it was cancelled. And told us to stay somewhere else and come back tomorrow for a room. I had a king spa room booked for 2 nights for wifes birthday with friends staying there. Messed up our date badly.
