The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. -

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... I get an upgrade to dulex room free of charge... -

Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.
The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.

The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub.
Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels.
Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room.
Beds were very comfortable. -

I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. Room was big and clean...very quiet. It was very convenient to stay there and do a bit of Casino fun and watch the Big Sugar Concert. Had a lot of fun, met some interesting people. -
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with two large dogs and it was not problem at all. I will be recommending this hotel to all!!!

I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!

We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.
We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also
took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close
location to the airport worked out well. We had dinner at the restaurant

Well equipped rooms with comfortable bed, deep bath tub, excellent shower and even a TV in the bathroom.Staff were welcoming, courteous and helpful at all times. Great experience and good close location especially before a long flight back to Scotland.
