Large room, beautiful view from our balcony, quiet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast coupons, and with the meager 7.35 extra charge, all the bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns you wanted. Ideal for families with children. Would return anytime...Staff very friendly! -

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, microwave...
We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the
best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms,
while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute
deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it
was. Also, pet fee was only $10.
