  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room had a fridge, two comfortable chairs and a dining table, which we could use for snack or breakfast, a very large desk and a chair, which we could use for a computer. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms, while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

  We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.
