  Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff, within walking distance to everything in town. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge. - We had a great weekend in Banff and will definitely stay at the Banff Park Lodge again.   We love what Douglas Fir has to offer our two Granddaughters in terms of facilities(the pool, hot tub and play park). We had a one bedroom chalet which was perfect for us and Douglas Fir provided a playpen and highchair, which meant we did not have to pack them in the car. We love seeing the wildl - The Waterslides and Indoor Playground were BIG hits with the kids!! The fireplace and free wood were most welcome. The surprisingly convenient and well-stocked store on site was also a welcome convenience. The full kitchen and nearby parking were very handy. The location is far enough from town that it is quiet at night, but a close bus ride, short drive, or half hour walk away from the Resort.

  Everything. This was a luxury hotel at a moderate price. Room was large and spacious. It had a soaker tub and separate shower. Bed was so comfortable. It had a pool/Jacuzzi/steam room. It was a short walk (1/2 - 1 mile) to downtown but far enough away from the noise and crowds of downtown shoppers. Complimentary breakfast was good. We were on the 2nd floor and the floors felt heated, not sure if it was from rooms below or actual floor heating. The bathroom is huge, separate tub from glass shower. Thank you to the staff at Charleton Cedar Court.

  restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

  The room size, it was awesome and down duvets and view were spectacular. Very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we checked in, said we could leave our bags in store room. When we went down to get them from the parkade, a porter came and found us and told us that the clerk had a room ready for us. We arrived only to find out I had made our booking for the following month! The manager was really kind and helpful and was able to find us a room even on a busy Family Day long weekend. Having underground parking was a big plus after a night of snow and having so many food & pub choices within walking distance was also a big draw.

  Great location, nice daylight basement studio apartment. Everything our family needed. Close to downtown and a grocery store. Saved a lot of money because we had a kitchen. - Location, budget friendly and that a group of friends can gather in a suite to chat etc. Understanding staff that put our suites next door to each other.
