I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings. Small hotel but secure with 24 hour reception. -

Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. we stayed there 3 days, and it was absolutely perfect! the location is great close to everwhere, the rooms are quite nice, beds, bathroom, shower everthing is great.
We were between 3 hotels before we come and the other were 4star hotels, we choosed oceanic because of customer feedback and did not regret.. Highly recommended!
