The staff were very polite. The room was big and clean. There was an baby bed in the room for our baby! - Very good possition close to pedestrian area and the sea. Room, probably, was just renowated and very clean.

The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings. Small hotel but secure with 24 hour reception. -

The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.

Excellent city trip hotel, right in the center of town, can't ask for a better location and rate compared to surrounding hotels. My room was on the 4th floor, I had a nice balcony, comfortable bed, TV, electric kettle, air conditioner, good wifi connection. -
Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located right in the Center in city of Varna.

Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in).
The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.
Overall, great price/quality ratio, but some improvement can be made. -

We thought the hotel was fine. It is nothing fancy but it's in a great location to explore Varna. We found it pretty easily using google maps and got a pretty good night sleep. The beds weren't great but the price was. -
