From the balcony of the room there was a fantastic sea and harbour view where you could see the sunset. It was also a good size with table and chairs plus an airer for drying clothes. Everything was quite good: a comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful owner, closeness to the beach & city centre. We liked staying here & are ready to visit the guest house Fotini 2 again. We're really grateful to the mistress.

We were very pleased with the service, the hotel is well located, close to the beach, the rooms are spacious and clean, very nice view, breakfast is quite good, the staff is extremely friendly.
We had a wonderful time here and will definitely return next year. -

Ideal for family with children. The beach is very close (5 min walking); the studio is fully equiped for self catering. The complex has swimming pools,supermarket very close, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for children. You can also have a great trip to Sozopol with a minicar just near the complex.

The hotel offers exceptional service and is very centrally located offering easy access to the old town and all surrounding beaches. The views from our room were stunning and the friendly staff were more than helpful with any queries we had. The hotel facilities were all brand new and our room was exceptionally large and also kept very clean.
The breakfast that is offered by the hotel was great and the fried bread highly recommended.

Good location - even though it's not the first line, you really have a sea view, and it's like 100 m from the beach, so no long walks. Design is really good and done to the little detail - for those, who appriciate. Breakfast is large and tasty, and you have a nice choice. Rooms are spatious, and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is situated in a non-crowded area, very close to a smaller, more intimate beach then the other beaches in Sozopol. A very clean hotel, with nice rooms and beautiful garden.
