The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. Ideal for family with children. The beach is very close (5 min walking); the studio is fully equiped for self catering. The complex has swimming pools,supermarket very close, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for children. You can also have a great trip to Sozopol with a minicar just near the complex.

The hotel is situated in a non-crowded area, very close to a smaller, more intimate beach then the other beaches in Sozopol. A very clean hotel, with nice rooms and beautiful garden. Location and Hotel itself is fabulous. The hotel was founded couple of
years ago, so the rooms and furniture are modern with flat panel tv,
especially in the second building. Reception staff is good and breakfast

Even staying there during the winter for one night can be a pleasure. Hotel is new however I seen they still try to do some thing better. I'm sure during the summer this place can be really nice for singles and familes. Sozopol is only 5 min by car - relaxing athomsphere

The best thing about this hotel are the staff! Wonderful, sweet and helpful, they were what made us feel at home. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, but nothing special, the view from our room, however, was stunning! Do specifically request a sea-view room, it is absolutely worth it. Great loaction and a nice hotel.
The beach is close, and if you walk down to the old city you find lots of nice restaurants and also a lot of activities for children and family.
