Nice walking streets with no cars and see view; Excellent (big, clean, and charge-free) pools (two); A private (for the complex) beach; A market which works till 23:00;
The location is not so good if you want to go to bars/clubs in Sozopol, as you will have to use taxi (the complex is more than 2 km aside Sozopol); I suppose the complex becomes much too crowded in the peak season (we went there n the middle season and there were not many people)

The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. It also provides clean swimming pools and nice restaurants (great service!). Nice and polite personell, speaking several languages (english, russian). Big parking areas and security available (check-in , check- out control) All the facilities in the rooms were more than we expected- we had it all- from microwave to computer. The view from our room was splendid!
The room hasn't been cleaned even once (except changing the towels etc.) The floor stayed dirty till the end.
The location is very green and well maintained.
The room was too small for four people. The beds were not comfortable. Insufficient beds and towels. The swimming pool was cold. No wi-fi. No soap and shower gels.
