Hostel Old Plovdiv lives up to its promises. With a group of five friends we stayed a week at the hostel at the end of July and we felt very much at home. We experienced a warm welcome and family-like treatment. Hristo and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They take excellent care of their guests. Hotel offers an excellent atmosphere in an excellent location - edge of old city - and parking! Hotel owner is very friendly and extremely helpful in providing guidance for visiting the city. The breakfast was fresh & homemade. -

us good directions. He also helped me with my bags when we arrived and
when we left as you had to take them up a steep staircase. Coffee was
available every morning at 8am. The guesthouse was very close to all the
main attractions of Plovdiv, within walking distance. The rooms were
very clean.

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.

The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street.
The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

Small comfortable, Well appointed, clean & quiet hotel, located right in the heart of Plovdiv, with everything on the doorstep. Taxi from the airport was under £5, and we saw all the sights on foot from the Hotel.
