  I've stayed at this hostel on 3 or 4 occasions over the course of the last 3.5 months or so, and I've had a good experience each time. The beds are comfortable, the showers have lots of hot water, the price is right, the internet connection is pretty good, it is always pretty quiet, which is good if -- like me -- you have important work to do on ... cosa dice la gente » your laptop at night. I've met a good number of pretty cool guests there and, despite our political disagreements, Ioana -- a part-owner who comes th - Probably the best location you can imagine! Even though it was in the busiest area in the city centre it was quite peaceful during the night. Outside the hostel - beautiful view of Vitosha Mountain, nice bars and shops just a step away. Would definately reccommend it

  Overall it was a good stay! Despite my very late arrival in Sofia the staff helped me find my way to midtown, and welcomed me quite pleasantly. Clean & large beds, great Internet speed and a functional guest kitchen.   Great, nice and helpful staff, which provides every kind of informations you need about Sofia. Cute and comfortable place for sleeping. Funny and pleasant atmosphere. It is in the very heart of Sofia and it is close to most of the facilities you would need.   Just it was all nice...!!!Hostel Lavele is situated in a very convenient place next to Vitosha main street . Actually , it is not a typical hostel. It's modern beautiful and crystal clean place ...from the rooms and the breakfast area till the bathroom!In addition , Mario ( the receptionist ) is a very courteous guy ready to share any useful info... cosa dice la gente » rmation around the city .I asked him to give me some cards , because I'm 100% sure that next time I'm gonna visit Bulgaria I'll stay there :-) - Mario the owner of the hostel is very polite, friendly and interested in people and their stories. The rooms are small and you have to share a small bathroom with the other guests, but the atmosphere is very warm and nice. It is clean and well designed. They make their own joghurt and bread and you are in the center of the city. You can visit everything by feet and I'd absolutely like to come back! The city and the people are great, too! Very friendly and fascinating.
