very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

My trip was really peaceful and I had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay. I liked the SPA center and I would definitely visit again! -

Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near

I like rooms, they were big and comfortable... Beds were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Service was fine. Everybody was polite... It was very near to Gondola and center of Bansko. Perfect for a ski hotel. -

Arrangements were easily made and all staff appeared competent at their job. Staff were welcoming and professional. Rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. - Staff, room all top grade. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay and great service. I have stayed before in Bansko but now that i have been to Royal Towers will not book anywhere else. Great location and high quality room. Spa centre was very good and handy especially my wife loved it. Spacious resort with central but peaceful location. We would go back anytime even in spring or
