A very pleasant hotel with the friendliest owners I have met. Had a great time, the traditional meals were very tasty and very cheap, the wine was excellent. Not very far from the gondola. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very relaxing and the wifi was working great. - Good position, lovely owners, great value.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
allowed

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The
manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good.

were leaving coz it was early. You need to give them half hour warning
to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were

Definately value for money. I would stay there again. -
The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!

The location of the hotel is really good because it's near the gondola.The studio is quite big for two persons and nice decorated.I recomend Aparthotel Comfort if your trip to Bansko is a skiing trip. -
