  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area. We had a very comfortable night sleep and the extra pillows and even a blanked was proved for us. - This hotel suited my needs... cosa dice la gente » . The staff were pleasent and helpful, The room was basic but had all the necessary facilities required, Food, breakfast was fine too, Had a good comfortable nights sleep.   I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

  Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality of the food was fantastic! I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and h - The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.
