  The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. At night I found chocolates and 2 bottles of water complimentary, very kind!I do recommend and I will stay there again in a future trip to Sao Paulo.   The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood not on the paulista area we is complicated due to thr night life... definitely to have a car o a taxi. But the place can be define in one word astonishing - The size of the room was excellent. The staff and amenities were all we could have asked for. My wife appreciated the size of the bathroom.i

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
