The staff was great. The head bartender and the Manager at the Bar were
very friendly. The Bell staff (Nicholas) was very helpful and
accommodating. The Housekeeping did a great job of respecting my privacy
when I did not want service and providing service when requested. The

Good looking, modern and clean room. The staff were very friendly
and helpful, most spoke adequate English and the breakfast

It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. -

I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff:
Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. -
