Space, confort and cleanliness. Very attentive and courteous staff.

Breakfast and items from bar and minibar extremely expensive (little bottles of mineral water, for instance).

Most of the staff (except the concierge).

Concierge was never at their post. I waited 5 hours for a response. Buttons on the phone didn´t work, had to call front desk for everything. Walls are thin, can easily hear neighbors. Can´t withdraw cash from front desk, a huge problem in Brazil where 90% of ATMs won´t allow you to withdraw funds.

Warm and discreet reception personel. Very good accommodations. Nice breakfast.

In a very cold day, the bathroom should be heated.
