Most of the staff at the reception speaks quite fluently English and are helpful. The hotel is simple but offer a good enough breakfast. The rooms have a good quality wifi and paid tv. The bathroom was renovatated and is modern, clean, have a good shower. The location of the Hotel is very convinient, close to the city and public transport.

I was upgraded to an ocean view room.
The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary.
We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip.

rooms are clean, with daily room cleaning during your stay, shower hot and good pressure, bed and pillows comfortable, staff speak fluent english and are all very polite and helpful. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area.
