  The owner is lovely and so helpful, especially as she has great English. Amazing breakfasts and nice touches to the rooms such as the DVD player and DVD library and proper plug in Mozzy killers. Brilliant location just off the Quad and a lovely pool area to relax in.   The hotel is a wonderful example of a boutique hotel. The superior room has wonderful old wooden floors, and is dressed in a plush colonial fashion. The rest of the hotel is modern and clean but still hold the feel of intamcy of a grand house. Small but very nice rooftop pool area. Nice to NOT have an open buffet style breakfast but to have a delicous array served to the table. We mastered the local buses which can tgake you everywhere.
