Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! The location is also very convenient. just cross street of the beach and many restaurants close b

Amazing views of Copacabana beach and Christ the Redeemer statue on
Corcovado mtn. From 33rd floor corner room. (Request a high floor for
best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom!
Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean,
quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is
excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.

We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely
fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large.
The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard
with nice furniture and carpets in public areas. The pool area had
plenty of sunbeds and nice white towels and a champagne bar in the
corner.

From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing.
The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a
room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar
and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!)
and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac

Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the
beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night
at the -
Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special
request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a
special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of
champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture. Spacious
reception area fantastic sea view if you get any of the front rooms

Perfect for a two-three day getaway and would work well if the beach is not an option (winter) or just to mix it up before/after a few days at the beach. The area itself is interesting and from what I gather has some cool drinking holes and restaurants. One could start and finish a book in peace here, yet 'feel Brazilian', and not feel they need to join the flock of tourists seeing the usuals in Rio. I enjoyed spending time at the bar, restaurant and spa - perfect for a day of indulgence!

Your front desk staff, Renato, who works the night shift. He was genuine
and sincere of our needs and surprised us with champagne when he found
out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary.
We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip.
Because of his outstanding customer service, I will be recommending your hotel to my wide network:)
