The location is great. Safe and pleasant neighborhood just a couple of blocks from Paulista. The staff was so accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff who must know the rooms will never be really clean!! Maintenance was also extremely helpful with a less than efficient toilet. Excellent clean hotel, situated in fashionable Jardins district, no
frills or spacious reception areas, but a superior room at just £75 per
night is unbelivably good value in the center of the city. The rooms
are well appointed for the business man too with a good desk and
kitchenette type cupboard with crockery and mocrowave. Staff very
friendly

Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, gym was excellent. Top notch hotel in a nice area. Food was great in the restaurant, room service and rooftop bar. Could not have been better. -
Location is good, especially for American travelers. Security is good. Staff is pleasant and most speak English well.

have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an
apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as
