Easy free collection from airport,the courtesy phone is easily spot able as you exit terminal 1 or 2 arrivals. The shuttle arrived promptly the check in staff were excellent. Fantastic hotel, great staff.
All the staff here spoke fantastic english, and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled!
They provided a driver service to take us to copacabana beach for the day, which was much cheaper than a normal taxi.
They also allowed us to take a shower and use hotel towels etc before our flight home, even though we had already checked out.
Service here was exemplary I would recommend it to anybody

Enormous room with jacuzzi and a walk-in shower that doubles as a steam room.

This was our second stay in the Monte Alegro. Great location near the Arcos de Lapa. Plenty of supermercados, banks, restaurants in the area. Staff were energetic and knowledgable. Very helpful with taxis and service. Rooms were large and clean. Nice pool area. Very good breakfast. -

hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow

Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well. The staff has been very helpful and let us check in much in advance. Thank you!

The hotel was idealy located for shopping and buses to other locations

The staff was excellent and very helpful, there was always at least one English speaking employee at the front desk, access to the Metro (subway) and bus lines was a piece of cake, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will return to Rio in the fall and plan to stay at the Imperial once again. -

Location was good by Flamenco Beach to get to and from all attractions. Local busses and Airport busses stopped at end of the Hotels Road (along main road) and short walk from subway staition. Hotel Rondonia is a nice place to stay. We had 4 quite rooms (on level 8). Breakfast is very good....and so is the location. -
