  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel accepted special requests (like cleaning the room with no cleaning products or solvents).
