Lo staff dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e cordiale e molto disponibili, spiegando in modo molto efficace le bellezze della città e consigliando le zone in base ai vari punti di interesse. Le stanze sono molto originali e belle e l'hotel è piuttosto vicino alla Grand Place, dista circa 5 minuti a piedi ed inoltre dall'altra parte della strada c'è

Il Welcome è un hotel in cui torno spesso, mi piace l'atmosfera e scoprire ogni volta una camera a tema diverso. La posizione è comodissima in Place Sainte Catherine davanti alla metro.

locate in city center. the nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. the car parking place is 3 mins walk, which cost 14.6 euro for a day. about 20 mins walk to the Grand Square. We booked a two bed rooms apartment. The room is good, it also has a big kitchen, which provide convenience to us. We get the apartment at about 12am.

Gaby was great and made the best of a bad situation, former employee made early arrival arrangements and didn't let him know. He gave us a place to rest while our apartment was made ready for us. Location was good.

The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

La posizione è veramente molto comoda per la presenza della metro proprio di fianco all'ingresso. Lo staff è gentile, disponibile, cordiale e preparato, la struttura è nuova, internet è nelle stanze (via cavo) o con wi-fi gratuito.. del personale. Le camere sono dotate di tutto ciò che può servire,
dall'angolo cottura all'aspirapolvere e al ferro da stiro.
Silenzioso, con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. In 5 minuti a piedi si
raggiunge la piazza centrale, la metropolitana è accanto
all'ingresso della struttura e con 1 sola fermata si raggiunge la
stazione dei treni per Bruges, Gand, Anversa. Consigliatissimo.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out
the front of the building with a balcony.
