La posizione è veramente molto comoda per la presenza della metro proprio di fianco all'ingresso. Lo staff è gentile, disponibile, cordiale e preparato, la struttura è nuova, internet è nelle stanze (via cavo) o con wi-fi gratuito.. I like that it's spacious. We weren't cramped in a hotel room. It also has a full kitchen,so we could cook and save money. It's close to the Grand place; about a 10 minutes walk. The Bed&Breakfast is located just of Sainte-Catherine in one of Brussels' most pleasant areas, very near the Metro station and an easy walk into the very centre. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and a thick carpet on the floor. There was a generous supply of water and equipment to make tea. The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

L'hotel è estremamente pulito, ma c'è anche un'attenzione particolare per l'ambiente. Se il soggiorno è più lungo di una notte si può addirittura rinunciare alla pulizia della camera per contribuire a un ambiente maggiormente eco-friendly.
