  I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! All the main tram and bus stops are close by, as are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways. The old part of the town around Grotemarkt is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins on a tram. No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.
