Excellent welcome form Manager Jean-Marie. Room very clean and comfortable with ample space and well equipped kitchen. On site parking a huge bonus as location is almost in centre of Genk, a few minutes walk away. Pluus leisure facilities on site. All in all "Excellent" and recommended.
Unbelievably nice welcome from the manager. Showed us round the hotel and even met us in the underground car park. Room very clean and comfortable with wonderful shower. On site parking a huge bonus and very cheap. A brilliant stay and KRC Genk a short drive away. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Great price quality and an absolute luxury apartment hotel
everything is good with this apartment hotel
I will recomend this hotel to everybody and next year I will revisit it.
Friendly staff and extremely clean and nice place, the room/apartment was better than my actual house.
Compact and useful kitchen and even more useful coffee-machine.
Central location in Genk very close to train station and city centre.
Spacious apartment.
Room was comfortable and spacious. Kitchenette was well equipped.
Nothing really.
Nothing . Perfect .
In my room was impossible to open the window because of the "window-curtain-rail", so I had to breathe the same air for three days, it seemed to be no other ways of getting some real-world-air.
Also, the big window, in my case, gave directly on the sidewalk, so you had to choose between sunlight and privacy. For me it was not a real problem, but maybe for someone can be (although this is true just for the few ones with the very same room I had).
Checking in takes quite some time.
Check in took rather a long time reflecting the fact the hotel is not really geared to short stays. It is an apartment hotel. Would have been nice to have dishwasher soap in the room.
