Very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Ideal location. Modern, clean accommodations with helpful staff and excellent breakfast at an affordable rate = great value! :-). good location in the heart of Brussel, cheap, clean and comfort, the breakfast is excellent.the spacious, decent room in the middle of the centre. Friendly staff at the reception; very good location. Comparably good price. Good bathroom. It's location!. Excellent location, close to everything! Very good value for money all in all! Basic, but nice and clean room, especially the bathroom, with adequate space. Since it was placed at the back of the hotell, it was also quiet. 24/7 reception and nice staff. Courteous and helpful staff. The reception was always staffed with multilingual staff. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Small but clean room. Good size bath and shower. Only hotel in this price range that provides triple room.Location was central. We had a room on the back which was quiet. Breakfasts were good. Great location, close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.perfect located. Location. Very cozy, good location, good price. I liked that I was able to let my suitcase in the hotel after I checked out for several hours. I was terrified of the thought of dragging my case until leaving for the airport. I got in very early and they were able to check me in straight away. Lots for breakfast. Wireless internet in room, although this wasn't always very strong. Large bathroom. Clean. It was clean, well equiped, and the room were quite nice. Moreover, the localization was really good. Good hotel for reasonable price in heart of tourist places of Brussel.quiet and large room, breakfast ok, staff friendly. Friendly staff good selection for breakfast. In the middle of the city centre. Closeness to centre. central location. Great location. It was really good to have free WiFi available, although you need tomake sure you ask for a room that is not on the top floor where thesignal is weaker. The hotel is really well located for the city centre, restaurants, etc, and the Metro is only 5 minutes walk. Rooms and breakfast both very good. Man on reception helpful and kind.Location very good but street a bit tatty.location-it was very convenient to Grande Place, the stqtion, the metro. The position of the Hotel, central and very close to a Metro Station.Centrally located, room was good for the rate. location close to Grand Place. Location, pleasant staff. Location. excellent position, nice breakfast lounge, room: bathroom ok. I appreciate that smoking is permitted in the room.free access to the internet to all rooms. The free access to wireless internet. clean and comfortable. breakfast, location. It was close to the train(Central Station) and the Grande Place. I liked the kindness of the hotel staff. breakfast. It was extremely close to Grand Place, ground zero of Brussels tourism, and had a nice breakfast buffet spread with cold cuts, cheese, breads, pate, yogurt and hot beverages. Also, the bathroom was big for a European city hotel and comfortable. The free wireless internet access. I have stayed here before and it worked perfectly fine. However, this time it didn't work sometimes. At first, it was difficult to find this hotel when I was walking from a subway station. Its signboard was not noticeable to me.Staff a little short at times. We asked for a double room, but we received a twin one.'Versailles' fruit machine arcade opposite road very noisy throughout night for rooms on front of hotel. yes, the receptionist is not so kind. Poor reading-lamp at the bed. big noise from the outside constructions during the whole night 1/2 July 2008.the nose during the night. Breakfast just about okay, but not bad. Rather thin walls agains the corridor, you could here people very well when they walked by.No air conditioning but the windows can be opened. Basic accommodations but the staff was very impersonal. The immediate neighborhood made us uneasy. The hotel sign is barely visible. I walked around a few times until I saw the sign. Just needs a bit of a spruce up.The hotel is situated in quite noisy area. When windows are closed it is not a problem. But in summer, after hot day, it is desirable to open windows what makes problems for sleeping because of noise. If not to open windows it also make a problem for sleeping because of heat. Air condition could solve this problem. The hotel is closed a galery. The sinalization would be more clear, more visible. No air conditioning. A bit impersonal. the 1st room I was given was too small for a double. street noise (shouting, fights etc) at night. Rooms old and bit worn out. Bedspread had tear in it, as did the chair and the lamp shade. All needed updating. My room was rather noisy from the traffic on the road outside. Maybe Ishould have asked for a quieter location. Two women on reception both unfriendly, one of them miserable and quiteunpleasant. But this does not mar one's stay too much, keep a sense ofhumour, and wait till the guy is on duty to ask for maps etc (he gave usa couple, most miserable woman wanted to charge for same item.) Ofcourse there must be more staff too- perhaps all lovely!. lumpy pillows, windows too high. The single room was really small the desk was about the size of my laptop. The breakfast was a bit limited (not even fruits) and the hotel staff was a bit unexperienced. Tiny room, WiFi wasn't working second day. room: a bit old moquette. noisy rooms, especially those facing the street (in the front of the hotel). the breakfast wasn't that good. The bread was dry.noisy corridors. too much noise from street. I found it a bit noisy at night. The wooden floors were very noisy andwhen anyone walked past my room in the middle of the night it woke me upbecause it was so loud. noisy area. There was a slightly sourish smell about the linen and for Belgium, the front desk staff was only average in their friendliness -- it would have been fine for Paris, not for Brussels. My bed had a few hairs underneath the mattress cover which weren't mine. There were a few stains at the bottom of the sheet. Also, my mattress sunk a fair bit when i got in it, as if the springs had gone. I'm not a big person! For me personally it wasn't too much of a problem, but one receptionist said he didnt speak english. I've stayed there before and hadd no problems with cleanliness.
